Limb Salvage Institute, LLC is located in Jacksonville, Florida. Our office was built in 2002 specifically as a Wound Center and is able to accommodate the needs of our patients and staff. We have approximately 2,500 square feet which includes five spacious treatment rooms.

Our Wound Management Center is equipped to perform X-rays and minor surgical procedures. We can accommodate wheelchair and stretcher bound patients and our building is fully compliant under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

We are located on the Southside of Jacksonville at 8833 Perimeter Park Boulevard, Suites #501 and 502. Perimeter Park is off Southside Boulevard, near J. Turner Butler Boulevard and the Tinseltown Complex.
