First Coast Diabetic Foot & Wound Management Center

First Coast Diabetic Foot & Wound Management Center is dedicated to the treatment of those persons who suffer from conditions which result in the presence of non-healing wounds.

We have been treating patients from the Greater Jacksonville, Florida and Southern Georgia region since 1999.

Persons with non-healing ulcers and wounds face any number of physical, social and emotional issues relating to their condition. Among these issues are the fear and sometimes the need for amputation of part or all of the lower extremity.

We are dedicated to the preservation of the lower extremities and the restoration of independence of our patients.
